You already know what you should be doing. You just haven't become the man who does it.

Coaching for men ready to stop drifting and start leading themselves.

Eat better. Set the boundary. Have the hard conversation. Leave the job, the relationship, the routine that's quietly hollowing you out. You already know. This isn't about more information. It's about becoming someone who follows through, consistently, especially when motivation disappears.

Who's Albert?

Albert Oliver, seated in front of a deep green curtain, speaking into a microphone

A guide, not a guru. Ahead of you, not miles above you.

I've spent years building and running businesses, and the last several in senior operating roles, leading teams, owning strategy, and being the person ultimately responsible when things went wrong.

Alongside that, I've spent over fifteen years in therapy and personal development, working through my own depression, anxiety, and periods where life felt genuinely hopeless. That combination is the point: I can sit with someone in the hard, honest parts of what they're feeling, and then help them build a clear, practical way through it.

The transformation

Everything I coach on, I've had to work through myself first.

The Philosophy

Not confidence. Not motivation. Becoming someone you respect.

Confidence, discipline, peace, relationships, career and purpose don't get coached directly. They're consequences of a deeper shift.

Most men I work with aren't lacking knowledge. They're capable, successful on paper, and internally flat. What changes it is becoming the kind of man who keeps his word to himself.

You're not broken. You've just stopped leading yourself.

Is this for you?

✓

This is for you

  • ✓You're successful on paper but feel disconnected, flat, or going through the motions.
  • ✓You keep starting things and not following through, and you're tired of your own excuses.
  • ✓You want a direct, honest sounding board, not sympathy, not another podcast.
✕

This isn't for you

  • ✕You're looking to be rescued, or told it's not your responsibility.
  • ✕You want quick hacks, not a real shift in how you operate.
  • ✕You're after motivation, not a framework you can actually keep using.
The journey
AURA

Four stages. Six months. One destination, spelled out in the name.

A

Awareness

Seeing your patterns, triggers and blind spots clearly. Most men are on autopilot without realising it.

U

Uncovering

Understanding where the sabotage and avoidance really come from. Not therapy, just real clarity.

R

Rebuilding

Deliberately building new standards, boundaries and identity. Small promises, kept on repeat.

A

Action

Living it, consistently. Leading yourself, especially when nobody's watching and motivation is gone.

The goal is never a client who becomes dependent on me. It's a man who, by the end, can lead and coach himself.

Ready?

This works if you're willing to do the work. It won't work if you're waiting to be rescued.

I only take on a small number of clients at a time, so I'm selective about who I work with. If you'd like to find out whether this is right for you, book a discovery call below. Honest answers get you further than impressive ones.

Step 1

Book a 30 minute call at a time that suits you.

Step 2

We talk honestly about where you're at, and what you're actually trying to change.

Step 3

If it's a genuine fit, I'll explain how we'd work together. If it isn't, I'll tell you, and point you somewhere more useful.

Book a Discovery Call A straightforward conversation. No pressure, no hard sell.
